1. About us

2. These terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Our products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Our skincare is for external use only. Please read the ingredients before use and carry out a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. If irritation occurs, stop use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Your order

After you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order, when it is ready for collection, or, for gift vouchers, when the voucher is issued. If a product is unavailable we will let you know and refund any payment.

6. Delivery and collection

You can choose to have your order posted to you, or to collect it free of charge from Sanare Spa, 32B High St, Tarporley, CW6 0DX. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery costs and timescales.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. For health and hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed condition, unless they are faulty. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be bought online as e-vouchers (sent by email) or collected in person as printed vouchers from Sanare Spa. E-vouchers can be redeemed against purchases on this website. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, except where required by law.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

10. Your information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you place it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
