Collection or delivery
At checkout you can choose to collect your order free of charge from Sanare Spa, or to have it posted to you.
Free collection from Sanare Spa
Choose "Pick up" at checkout and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Collect from Sanare Spa, 32B High St, Tarporley, Cheshire, CW6 0DX. Free on-site parking.
Postage
- UK standard delivery (2-4 working days): £3.95, or free on orders of £50 or more.
- UK 1st class delivery (1-2 working days): £5.95.
- Europe: £14.99 standard international delivery.
- Rest of world (selected countries): £23.99 standard international delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch; international delivery times vary by destination. You will receive an email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Gift vouchers
E-vouchers are delivered by email and have no delivery charge.
Printed gift vouchers are available to collect from Sanare Spa only and can't be posted. Choose "Pick up" at checkout and we'll email you as soon as your voucher is ready.
